In summer, we are happy to catch the sun rays, combining the benefits of "taking" vitamin D with the beauty of a bronze tan. In summer, even continuous business is not unsettling. We are certainly happy to be a part of these warm long days…⠀⠀

Why do people often get depressed and in a bad mood in the fall? Everything is simple. The solar "recharge" is decreasing, the day is getting shorter and cooler. Urgent measures are needed to maintain the body not only in the name of good mood, but also for good health and beauty.⠀⠀

I will share with you my habits, thanks to which I feel great regardless of the vagaries of the weather:⠀⠀

🌿 I consider the day lost if there were no vegetables or fruits in my food. These are vitamins, trace elements and fiber, which are so necessary to maintain immunity in the most virus-rich period;⠀⠀

🌿 Walking in the fresh air relaxes and gives your head a real rest. After such a rest, I often come up with new creative ideas;⠀⠀

🌿 The best "refueling" for my body is not coffee, but ordinary clean water. Start with a simple habit of drinking a lot of water. You will immediately notice an improvement in your well-being;⠀⠀

🌿 Yoga has been replacing my morning exercises for a long time. Yoga is a perfect stretching and relax;⠀⠀

🌿 I can't keep silent about it. I periodically check my health, undergo a full examination of the body once a year (every six months).⠀⠀

Simple little self-care actions have put together a clear system that gives my body health and a great mood.⠀⠀
