Do you offer customization?

We can customize some garments. Please email us if you want another colors or measurements. 

Can I cancel my order?

We don't accept cancellations but please email us if you have any problems with your order.

What if my clothing does not fit?

It happens and we gladly accept exchanges and returns.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving the order. Direct all concerns regarding the fit, color, and/or quality of the order, as well as details of the exchange to hello@sandara.us.

Send back items returned for exchange in original condition (unwashed, unworn) within 30 days of delivery. 

Customer is responsible for all related shipping fees.

You can choose between a direct exchange for a different size, or you will be issued a discount code for use on the website.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the exchange order to ship.

When can I expect to receive my handmade garment? What is your turnaround time?

Most items take 1-2 weeks to dye, cut, sew, finish, and package. 

The turnaround time can fluctuateIn high-volume seasons. Feel free to communicate with us if you have any questions or concerns after the 3 week period.
